She has more than 15 years of experience in health care Risk Management, holds the American Hospital Society credential as a Certified Professional in Health Care Risk Management (CPHRM) and was recently designed a Distinguished Fellow of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (DFASHRM).

For the last six years, Kelley has provided consultation to health care organizations on Risk Management Program development and implementation, proactive mitigation and resolution of adverse events, root cause analysis and corrective action, tort analysis, and defense strategy development and implementation, most recently in the industry of senior care and housing. She has been active in publishing, having served as a chapter contributor in the preeminent American Society for Healthcare Risk Management’s text entitled Risk Management Handbook, 5th edition, with the 6th edition in process. She has also taught many courses related to Risk Management.

In addition, her ability to both communicate and address the unique risk management needs of health care facilities in order to customize proactive Risk Management Programs that meet individual client requirements has resulted in significant client satisfaction and savings.
